Our guiding principles.

Our meditation groups exist to empower, encourage and inspire our human family to their supreme highest self.

Our groups are founded in love, to work with love so that we may realise our highest in the fastest possible way.

Our groups do not have a specific religious basis. Generally we feel a similarity to the essence of all religions and encourage members interested in religion to focus on these core similarities. Religion, for us, is an inspiration to meditate.

Our groups do not have any political orientation. Any political comment can never be made on behalf of our meditation groups.

Our groups are strictly non-profit. All classes and meditation meetings are offered free of charge. If meditation groups wish to establish meeting halls or meditation temples these should be financed exclusively from the donations of established group members.

Finally, our highest contribution to our meditation groups, is in the empowerment, encouragement, inspiration and love, we offer to each of the brothers and sisters of our meditation family.

The basic principles to think about when starting a meditation group are:

1. Groups can meet every week, fortnight or even every month.
2. A meeting place might be a town library, community centre, someone's house, the beach or even a nice cafe.
3. Meetings must be free

The one thing we ask of you is that to start a meditation group you need to have completed at least class 7 of our online course.
